I reserve the right to refuse any request or cancel with refund at any time or for any reason.

Payment will be done through paypal or e-transfer (canada only). If the commission costs 100 dollars or lower, I will require it to be paid upfront- otherwise, I can offer payment plans. I'll start working on your commission once I have recieved a down payment and it is next in my queue. The commission must be paid in full before I deliver the final product. I will not accept cryptocurrency or cheques as payment. Clients who have fully paid for their model are prioritized in the queue.

Once I begin work on your commission, any cancellations will be non-refundable based on how much work I have done. I will send a message to let you know when I begin working on your commission.

I will send wip updates and opportunities for changes during the process. However once the final render/model is made and delivered, all changes are final.

You may alter, add to, or edit your commission as long as you credit me as the original artist, with content limits- absolutely no offensive/NSFW edits. I will edit previous commissions for an additional price but I don't mind if you commission someone else to make edits.

Communication can be done over discord, twitter or email. I check all of these regularly and can be reached through them anytime, but please don't spam, I'll respond when I am able! (Raxifire#8419, @raxifire and raxifire@gmail.com)

Commercial Use licenses (An exclusive license to use the commission for commercial projects and business related purposes) include a negotiable surcharge on all purchases, which will give you commercial rights and ownership of the resulting commission. Otherwise, commissions are for personal non-profit use only. However, I make exceptions for small streamers / content creators, who can use my avatars for streams and videos without a commercial license- generally the cutoff I use for commercial work is if you're partnered on twitch or verified on youtube. If you bought a model with no commercial license and experience growth to that point, you won't be further charged. However using my models for merch or other purposes where you directly profit will always need a full commercial license and permission from myself.

All commissions must credit myself as the artist when displayed publicly. Claiming my work as your own is absolutely not acceptable. Reposts without credit are not permitted.

I retain the right to post commission work on my own websites/portfolio, however I will honour any requests that your commission remains private.

I will do NSFW commissions, but I will only ever post sfw versions publicly. If you are over 18 feel free to ask about NSFW commissions, and I will give you more detailed information about what I will or won't do. Be aware, I do background checks, and I will require you to send me an image of a legally valid ID over 18 years of age before I am willing to work with you. SOME LIMITS UPFRONT- I will not do nsfw of real people, minors or characters that look like minors, animal/feral characters, copyrighted characters or characters whose designs do not belong to the client.

I won't work on crypto, NFT or AI projects, and my models can not be used for them. I do not give permission to use my models or renders for AI training purposes.
